Coverage We Help You Compare
Most people come to us for individual health insurance, family health insurance or an ACA Marketplace plan. Many add dental insurance or vision insurance, and some want accident insurance to help with the bills a high deductible leaves behind. We look at each one on its own terms and tell you which pieces you actually need. If a plan you already have is the right fit, we say so.

Individual Health Insurance
Coverage for one person, compared across several carriers so you can see the premium, deductible and doctor network for each plan before you pick.

Family Health Insurance
One plan for parents and kids, picked after we check each family member's doctors, medications and budget against plans from several carriers.

ACA Marketplace Plans
We compare Marketplace plans across carriers, estimate your tax credit and show you each step on screen so you can see why a plan fits.

Dental Insurance
Stand-alone dental plans compared by network, waiting period and annual maximum, so you know what a cleaning, a filling or a crown will actually cost.

Vision Insurance
Eye exam, frame and contact lens benefits from several carriers, laid out next to each other so you can see what each vision plan pays for.

Accident Insurance
Accident plans pay cash for covered injuries like fractures and ER visits, which helps with the deductible your health plan leaves behind.
What Sets the Price of Your Plan
A real price takes a few details from you first. Carriers build premiums from a handful of factors, and you have a say in some of them. These are the ones that move the number most.
Each figure we share is taken from the carrier's own quote, and we send a screenshot as proof. The consultation is free, and it costs you nothing if you choose not to enroll.
- Your age and whether you smoke
- The older you are, the higher the premium. Tobacco use can raise it too, so it is one of our first questions.
- Metal tier and deductible
- Paying less each month usually means a bigger deductible. Bronze has the smaller monthly bill but you cover more before the plan kicks in. Gold is the reverse. We lay out both tradeoffs.
- Tax credits and what you earn
- With an ACA Marketplace plan, the income you expect for the year and how many people are in your family determine if you get a premium tax credit and how much. For a lot of our clients, this outweighs every other factor here.
- HMO or PPO
- An HMO usually costs less, but it keeps you in a fixed network and often asks for referrals. A PPO lets you go outside the network more freely, and you pay for that in the premium.
- Who you are covering
- A spouse or kids on the plan changes the premium. Sometimes two separate plans cost less than one family plan, so we price it both ways.
How a Plan Search Runs
Most clients are done in one or two conversations. Here is the order we go in.
- 1
A first phone call
Tell us who needs coverage, roughly what you make in a year and what insurance you have now. It takes about as long as a cup of coffee.
- 2
We check your doctors and medications
Share the doctors you want to keep and the medications you take. We look up each one in every plan we are considering and save screenshots of the results.
- 3
We compare the plans with you
Over the phone, on video or at our office, we review the plans with their numbers side by side. Ask as many questions as you need until it makes sense.
- 4
We handle the enrollment
After you decide, we answer the application questions together on a call and pass your application to the carrier. Before we hang up, we read you the confirmation details so you know it went through.
- 5
Your file stays open
If your income changes, you move or a new baby needs to be added, give us a call. We redo the comparison and update your coverage.

How We Work With You
Buying health coverage is mostly reading fine print. We do that reading with you and keep a record of it.
- 01
You see what we see
When we check whether your doctor is in a plan's network, we take a screenshot of the carrier's search result and share it with you. Same for the medication list and the plan summary. You are not taking our word for it.
- 02
Several carriers, one page
We pull options from multiple carriers and line them up: monthly premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, copays and network type. Seeing them next to each other makes the tradeoffs plain.
- 03
It costs you nothing
You pay no fee to sit down with us. Our commission comes from the carrier you end up picking. Your premium stays the same as if you bought the plan straight from them.
- 04
A straight answer on what to skip
Not everyone needs every add-on. If accident insurance or a separate vision plan does not make sense for you, we tell you that and move on.
- 05
A record after you enroll
Once your application goes in, you get a copy of the confirmation and a short rundown of what happens next, like when your first premium is due and when your cards should arrive.

About Our Agency
We are a small insurance agency in Tampa that does one thing: help people pick health coverage and the dental, vision and accident plans that go with it. We work with several carriers, so we are not pushing one company's product.
Our approach is simple. Show the client what we found and what we did. A lot of people have been burned by a plan that looked fine until they tried to use it. Screenshots of the network search and the plan documents keep everyone honest, us included.

What Our Clients Want to Know
Something not covered here? (813) 437-9168
Is there a charge for working with you?
No. The consultation costs nothing. If you enroll, the carrier pays our commission, and your premium is the same as buying from them directly.
When can I sign up for health coverage?
Florida's Marketplace open enrollment usually runs November 1 through January 15. At other times you need a qualifying life event, such as losing job coverage, getting married, having a baby or moving, which usually gives you 60 days to enroll. Dental, vision and accident plans generally have no enrollment season, so you can add one any time.
Can I stay with my doctor?
It depends on the network of each plan. Before you choose, we look up all of your doctors in every plan we compare and send you screenshots of what we find. If a doctor is out of network, you learn that before enrolling.
Is there help paying my premium?
For many people, yes. Marketplace tax credits are based on your expected income for the year and the size of your family. Share those two numbers with us and we can estimate what you would pay after the credit.
What separates a Marketplace plan from a private plan?
Marketplace plans are sold through the federal exchange, and they are the only plans that can come with premium tax credits. Some carriers also sell plans directly, off the exchange. We price both so you can see whether the credit makes the Marketplace the better deal.
Do I need separate dental and vision plans?
Most adult health plans do not cover routine dental or eye exams. For cleanings, fillings, glasses or contacts, you generally need a stand-alone dental insurance or vision insurance plan. We will tell you if one would cost more than you would get out of it.
Is accident insurance a type of health insurance?
No. It pays you a set amount after a covered injury, and you can use the money however you like, including toward your deductible. It works alongside a health plan, not in place of one.
